Arnold: We are ready to compete for the title of Gulf Cup 27

In a press conference ahead of Iraq’s matches against Oman and Kuwait tomorrow, Wednesday, to open the tournament, Arnold said: “We have a mix of experienced and young players in our squad, which gives us an additional dimension to deliver high-level performances. The players are ready, and we have made several changes to the technical staff and the player roster.”

He added: “We have new players, and for the first time in years, we are participating in this tournament. We are focused on the future, and we have the skills and capabilities to win the title. This is an important tournament for Iraqi football, and it reflects the development of our game.”

Arnold emphasized that his team has “all the ingredients that give us the opportunity to go far in this tournament.”
