Prince's Representative Meets Lithuanian President in New York

His Highness Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Amir of Kuwait, was represented by His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, the Crown Prince, who met on Tuesday with Gitanas Nausėda, President of the friendly Republic of Lithuania, and his accompanying delegation at the United Nations headquarters in New York on the sidelines of the High-Level Week of the 81st Session of the United Nations General Assembly.

At the outset of the meeting, His Highness the Crown Prince conveyed the greetings of His Highness the Amir to the President of Lithuania, wishing him good health and further development and prosperity for the Republic of Lithuania and its friendly people.

The meeting reviewed the bilateral relations between the two friendly countries and discussed prospects for cooperation in various fields of mutual interest, as well as the latest regional and international developments.
