Crown Prince, Representative of His Highness the Amir, Meets Turkish President

Representing His Highness Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Amir of Kuwait, His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, the Crown Prince, met with President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan of the Republic of Turkey at the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Turkey to the United Nations in New York, on the sidelines of the High-Level Week of the 81st Session of the United Nations General Assembly.

At the outset of the meeting, His Highness the Crown Prince conveyed the greetings of His Highness the Amir, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, to His Excellency, along with best wishes for his good health and for the continued progress and prosperity of the Republic of Turkey and its friendly people.

The meeting included discussions on the close bilateral relations between the State of Kuwait and the friendly Republic of Turkey, as well as ways to enhance and develop these relations in various fields to serve the interests of both countries and their friendly peoples. The two sides also discussed regional and international developments and issues of mutual interest.
