Bait Al-Mal Reinforces Robotics Culture Among Students
Kuwait Finance House (KFH) launched the “Education Pioneers Challenge” in a strategic partnership with the World Robot Olympiad (WRO), with broad participation exceeding 100 school leaders, teachers, and administrators from both public and private schools. This initiative aligns with KFH’s leading role in supporting education and innovation, and in cementing the culture of digital transformation and technology within the educational sector.
Speaking on the matter, Faisal Al-Sari, Director of Corporate Relations and Social Responsibility, stated that the launch of the initiative stems from the bank’s conviction in the importance of investing in education as the fundamental pillar for building a sustainable future. He emphasized that supporting educational institutions and empowering educational staff with technological tools and innovation represents one of the main pillars of the bank’s corporate social responsibility and sustainability strategy.
Al-Sari added, “We at KFH are proud of our partnership with the World Robot Olympiad (WRO) to launch this distinctive challenge, which brings together teachers, school leaders, curriculum teams, and student life coordinators in an interactive environment aimed at exchanging expertise and developing innovative ideas that keep pace with the demands of the digital age. We believe that developing education begins with empowering educational professionals and giving them the opportunity to explore modern technical solutions and utilize them optimally within the educational environment.”
He pointed out that the rapid transformations in the fields of technology, artificial intelligence, and programming necessitate enhancing the digital skills of all components of the educational system. He noted that KFH is keen to support distinctive initiatives that contribute to preparing generations capable of creativity, competition, and leading the future.
Al-Sari affirmed that the strong turnout for the initiative, with participation from more than 100 educational and administrative staff, reflects the growing awareness of the importance of innovation in developing the educational process. It also underscores the need for more programs that enhance cooperation among various stakeholders in education and open new horizons for exchanging knowledge and expertise.
Al-Sari extended his thanks and appreciation to the organizers and staff of WRO Kuwait for their outstanding efforts in organizing and successfully executing this event. He commended their role in spreading the culture of robotics, programming, and innovation, which positively impacts the development of the educational process and enhances the readiness of educational institutions for future requirements.
