Kuwait and Saudi Arabia Strengthen Security and Military Integration

Lieutenant General Abdulwahab Al-Wahib, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, headed the Kuwaiti delegation participating in the meeting of the Military and Security Coordination Committee, established under the Kuwaiti-Saudi Coordination Council. The meeting was held via video conference, with the participation of representatives from relevant entities on both the Kuwaiti and Saudi sides, in the presence of several security leaders, as well as representatives from the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the National Cybersecurity Center, and the Public Authority for Anti-Corruption (Nazaha).

During the meeting, several topics and joint initiatives listed on the agenda were discussed, along with ways to enhance cooperation and coordination in military and security fields. The discussions also focused on developing mechanisms for exchanging information and expertise, aiming to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of joint operations.

The meeting comes within the framework of the solid fraternal relations between the State of Kuwait and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, reflecting the mutual commitment to continuing the enhancement of security and military integration and unifying joint efforts, thereby supporting the security and stability of the two sister countries and the region.
