Crown Prince, Representative of His Highness the Amir, Meets with the President of Austria

His Highness Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Amir of Kuwait, was represented by His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, the Crown Prince, in a meeting with Alexander Van der Bellen, President of the Republic of Austria. The meeting took place at the President’s residence in New York on the sidelines of the High-Level Week of the 81st Session of the United Nations General Assembly.

At the outset of the meeting, His Highness the Crown Prince conveyed the greetings of His Highness the Amir, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, to His Excellency, along with best wishes for his good health and well-being, and for the continued progress and prosperity of the Republic of Austria and its friendly people.

The meeting also included discussions on the bilateral relations between the State of Kuwait and the friendly Republic of Austria, and ways to develop them in a manner that serves the interests of both countries and their friendly peoples. In addition, the latest regional and international developments were discussed.
