Interior Ministry: Two suspects arrested for distributing and manufacturing prohibited stimulants and unlicensed supplements

The Criminal Security Sector, represented by the Al-Jahra Governorate Investigation Department, apprehended two individuals of Syrian and Indian nationalities on charges of promoting, selling, and manufacturing unlicensed sexual enhancers, cosmetics, and dietary supplements.

The Ministry of Interior stated on Sunday that the apprehension followed investigations indicating that the first suspect had been promoting these products via social media platforms and selling and delivering them to customers without a license. He was apprehended in the Al-Mutlaa residential area, where several products and 82 Kuwaiti dinars from sales proceeds were found in his possession. He admitted to obtaining the items from the second suspect.

The ministry added that further investigations led to the apprehension of the second suspect in the Al-Farwaniya area. It was revealed that he had been manufacturing and preparing certain enhancers and dietary supplements at his residence by mixing and grinding various pills and substances, then repackaging them for sale and promotion. A total of 151 cartons of various enhancers and products, along with 226 Kuwaiti dinars from sales proceeds, were found. All necessary legal measures were taken against the violators, and they were referred to the competent authorities.
