Appointment of ambassadors to Oman, Japan, and Norway

The decree, published in the official gazette (Al-Kuwait Al-Youm), appointed Mansour Khalid Al-Amr as Kuwait’s Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador to the Sultanate of Oman, and Muhammad Nasser Al-Hajri as Kuwait’s Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador to Japan.

Additionally, Decree No. 146 of 2026 appointed Abdulaziz Saud Al-Jarallah, Kuwait’s Ambassador to the Kingdom of the Netherlands, as Kuwait’s Ambassador to the Kingdom of Norway, in addition to his existing duties.
