Appeals Court upholds Khalid Al-Jarrah's acquittal on charges of forging official documents in the "Interior Ministry Hospitality" case

The Court of Appeal upheld the first-instance court’s ruling acquitting Sheikh Khalid Al-Jarrah of the charge of forging a public prosecution investigation record by providing false information that two accused individuals had repaid amounts embezzled from secret expenses in the “Interior Ministry Hospitality” case, which had led to the case being archived at the Public Prosecution.
