179 properties in 28 auctions scheduled until December 8

The Kuwaiti real estate auction market is entering a new cycle of listings, with an agenda announcing 28 auctions scheduled between September 20 and December 8, 2026. These auctions will feature 179 properties with varying starting prices ranging from 8,401 to 38.391 million Kuwaiti dinars.

According to the data, the total of the minimum starting prices announced across all auctions amounts to approximately 4.92 million dinars, while the total of the maximum prices reaches approximately 73.64 million dinars.

The sessions on November 7 and 11 top the list in terms of volume, each offering 15 properties, followed by the October 19 session with 14 properties. The sessions on October 5 and 12 each feature 11 properties. Conversely, the sessions on October 6, November 10, November 15, and December 8 will each offer only one property.

Data from the Ministry of Justice revealed the details of the November 11 auction, which tops the price list with a property starting at 38.391 million dinars. This property is an undeveloped investment land plot in the Shuwaikh area, covering an area of 257,027 square meters.

Regarding the auctions for the current month of September, the data noted that 41 properties will be offered across seven upcoming sessions between September 20 and 30. Starting prices range from 8,401 dinars for an investment property in Jahra (Kait) measuring 60.19 square meters, to 1.74 million dinars for a private residential property in Abdullah Al-Salem Suburb measuring 772.5 square meters. The auction on September 21 includes six properties with prices ranging between 59,040 and 440,000 dinars, while the September 22 auction features five properties priced between 390,000 and 1.13 million dinars.

The September 23 auction will offer eight properties with prices between 234,900 and 610,000 dinars, whereas the September 28 auction will present five properties priced between 67,400 and 688,500 dinars. This is followed on September 29 by three properties with starting prices ranging from 247,300 to 810,000 dinars. September will conclude with an auction on September 30 featuring eight properties, with prices starting from 8,401 dinars and reaching up to 495,000 dinars.
