Adel Al-Ghanim Motors Opens World's Largest MG 4S Facility in Kuwait
Adel Al-Ghanim Automobiles, the exclusive distributor of MG Motor in Kuwait, has inaugurated its new MG 4S facility in the Shuwaikh area, marking a historic milestone for MG Kuwait and the broader MG network in the Middle East.
In a statement, the company noted that the new facility, spanning 25,500 square meters, ranks among the largest and most prominent MG 4S centers globally. The project underscores MG’s continuous growth in the region and its commitment to delivering a comprehensive customer experience that encompasses both vehicle purchase and ownership.
Located in Shuwaikh, one of Kuwait’s most important commercial districts, the new showroom reflects Adel Al-Ghanim Automobiles’ long-standing confidence in the Kuwaiti market and its dedication to furthering MG Motor’s growth. The facility has been designed to align with the customer journey, bringing the complete MG vehicle lineup and all after-sales service operations under one roof.
Spread across five floors, the facility consolidates all stages of the ownership experience into a single location. Up to 25 vehicles are displayed on the ground floor, while offices are situated on the second floor and customer parking is located on the rooftop. The complex also includes a service center, a dedicated after-sales service area with exclusive parking for customers, an on-site spare parts warehouse, a vehicle handover zone, a customer lounge, and a cafeteria. The facility’s size enables the provision of these services collectively; from purchase to maintenance and genuine spare parts, customers no longer need to visit other locations.
