Traffic Department arrests suspects who endangered road users

The Ministry of Interior stated via its account on X that the apprehension of the suspects followed the necessary investigations and the identification of their identities. Legal measures were taken against them, and they were referred to the Central Prison.

The two vehicles used in the incidents were also impounded in accordance with the prescribed legal procedures. The General Traffic Department warned that endangering lives and property will be met with the strict application of the law without leniency. It added that its efforts to monitor and apprehend those committing acts of negligence and recklessness, and to hold them accountable, will continue to safeguard the safety of road users.
