Al-Jahra Cooperative Council dissolved; interim council appointed to manage it

Al-Hawili confirmed that the Ministry has also decided to refer a number of incidents, along with the associated individuals among the cooperative’s employees, to the Public Prosecution to take the necessary actions, investigate the allegations against them, and determine legal responsibilities based on the findings of the investigations.
She emphasized the Ministry’s continued oversight and scrutiny of cooperatives, and its commitment to taking legal action against any violations detected, in order to safeguard members’ funds and enhance the efficiency and sustainability of the cooperative sector.
