Al-Hawila welcomes citizens: Enhancing transparency and partnership

Minister of Social Affairs, Family, and Childhood, Dr. Umthil Al-Hawaili, received a number of citizens during the weekly meeting on Wednesday, in line with the ministry’s approach of direct engagement and listening to their demands and observations.

During the reception, Al-Hawaili affirmed the ministry’s commitment to strengthening direct communication channels with citizens and listening to their opinions and suggestions, contributing to enhancing the quality of services provided and improving operational mechanisms.

She emphasized the importance of streamlining procedures and removing obstacles that may affect beneficiaries, and addressing raised concerns in accordance with established frameworks and procedures, thereby enhancing efficiency across the ministry’s sectors.

She noted that such meetings provide an opportunity to directly assess citizens’ needs and suggestions, and to leverage them for service development and performance improvement. She confirmed the continuation of this approach to engaging with the community, which enhances transparency and partnership, and supports the ministry’s efforts to deliver more efficient services that better meet the needs of beneficiaries.
