This came as 14 graduates of the female police force took their oath before Al-Yousef, after completing the eleventh mandatory course for civil university graduates at the Police College in the sister state of Qatar, marking the first delegation of female police officers sent there. The ceremony was attended by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, Major General Abdulwahab Al-Wohayeb, the Assistant Undersecretary for Supporting Security Services, Major General Fawaz Al-Roumi, and relevant security leaders.

The Ministry of Interior stated in a statement on Tuesday that Colonel Adhari Al-Saffi, Director of the Female Police Institute, read the appointment decision for the graduates into the police force with the rank of lieutenant, while Colonel Rakan Fatima Al-Mutairi administered the oath, which the graduates recited before Al-Yousef.

Lieutenant Munawwarah Saeed achieved first place in the cohort and first place in physical training, while Lieutenant Rutaj Al-Saad achieved first place in discipline, reflecting the excellence of female police officers, their seriousness in qualification and training, and their commitment to military service requirements.

This delegation represents an addition to the trajectory of the female police force by preparing scientifically and practically qualified cadres to perform their duties in maintaining security and serving society.

Al-Yousef congratulated the graduates on their graduation and oath-taking, commending their outstanding achievements that reflect the capabilities of Kuwaiti women and their commitment to the responsibilities entrusted to them, and directing them to translate their acquired knowledge and skills into field performance characterized by efficiency, discipline, and proper interaction with the public.
