Al-Ulumiy Launches New Season of the STEAM Bus

The Science Center, one of the centers under the Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Sciences, announced the launch of the new season of the STEAM Bus for the 2026–2027 academic year, in collaboration with Tam Bank. This initiative is part of the Center’s ongoing efforts to support science education and bring interactive learning experiences to school students in Kuwait. The new season of the STEAM Bus began at the English Early Education Group, after which the bus will continue its educational journey to other schools, offering a range of activities and hands-on experiments that integrate the fields of science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics.

Masaad Al-Yaseen, Director General of the Science Center, stated that launching the new season of the STEAM Bus represents an extension of the Center’s mission to disseminate knowledge and promote scientific culture among school students by providing interactive learning experiences that make science more accessible and enjoyable. He expressed pride in the collaboration with Tam Bank to support this program, which helps expand its impact and reach a larger number of students, encouraging them to learn, explore, and innovate.

Ahmad Al-Othman, Executive Director of Tam Bank, explained that the bank is proud to partner with the Science Center to support the STEAM Bus program, which enables students to engage in interactive learning experiences that develop their skills, broaden their horizons, and inspire them to discover their passion for various scientific fields.

Al-Othman added that the partnership reflects Tam Bank’s commitment to supporting national initiatives aimed at investing in the potential of youth and preparing a generation equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to keep pace with the future. Through this collaboration, the bank seeks to expand the program’s reach to more students, thereby fostering a culture of creativity and innovation and providing them with an inspiring learning environment that supports their capabilities and aspirations.
