Acting Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Witnesses Oath-Taking by 14 Female Graduates

Fourteen female police graduates took the oath before Acting Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousef, following their completion of the eleventh mandatory course for civilian university graduates at the Police College in the sister state of Qatar, as part of the first-ever scholarship program for female police officers to Qatar. The ceremony was attended by Deputy Minister of Interior Major General Abdulwahab Al-Wahab, Assistant Deputy Minister for Support Security Affairs Major General Fawaz Al-Roumi, and relevant security leadership.

Second Lieutenant Manouh Saied achieved first place in her cohort and first place in physical training, while Second Lieutenant Rotaj Al-Saad secured first place in discipline, reflecting the excellence, dedication to qualification and training, and commitment to military service requirements of female police officers.

This scholarship program represents a significant addition to the career path of female police officers, by preparing scientifically and practically qualified cadres to perform their duties in maintaining security and serving society.

Sheikh Al-Yousef congratulated the graduates on their graduation and oath-taking, commending their outstanding achievements, which reflect the capabilities of Kuwaiti women and their commitment to the responsibilities entrusted to them. He urged them to translate the knowledge and skills they acquired into field performance characterized by efficiency, discipline, and proper public interaction.

He emphasized that the oath is a responsibility and trust that demands sincerity in serving the country, strict adherence to the law, and protection of everyone’s rights. He noted that female police officers are a fundamental partner in fulfilling the security mission, and wished them success in their professional careers in serving the nation.
