Al-Furwaniyah Governor: Enhancing Services and Strengthening Community Partnership
Al-Farwaniya Governor Sheikh Adbi Nasser Al-Adbi Al-Sabah affirmed the governorate’s commitment to monitoring citizens’ observations and coordinating with relevant government authorities to address the issues raised. He emphasized the importance of direct communication with residents, listening to their needs and proposals, within the framework of the open-door policy adopted by the governorate, thereby enhancing community partnership and supporting development efforts and service improvement.
This came during the governor’s reception of a number of personalities and citizens, reflecting his dedication to strengthening community engagement, supporting national and charitable initiatives, and elevating the level of services provided to the residents of Al-Farwaniya.
At the outset of the meetings, the governor received Dr. Jaza Al-Rajhi, who had invited him to attend and sponsor the opening of a mosque in the South Abdullah Al-Mubarak area. The governor welcomed him and praised his generous initiative and contribution to the construction of God’s houses, which embodies enduring values in Kuwaiti society rooted in doing good, generosity, giving, and community service.
He also received the Director General of International Private Training Institute, Retired Major General Yousef Al-Ansari, and Hussam Al-Kilab, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Kuwait Association for Protection from Fire Hazards. They discussed several topics related to training and raising awareness in the fields of safety and fire hazard prevention, as well as ways to enhance cooperation and coordination to contribute to the protection of lives and property and to consolidate concepts of security and safety in society.
In the context of direct communication with citizens, the governor received citizens Thunyan Al-Adwani and Badr Al-Adwani, listening to their observations and proposals regarding several service problems facing residents of the Umariya area.
At the conclusion of the meetings, the guests expressed their gratitude and appreciation to the governor, commending his commitment to direct communication, his support for community initiatives, and his attention to the issues of citizens in Al-Farwaniya Governorate.
