Kuwait Finance House Presents Integrated Financing Solutions to Support Construction Projects

Kuwait Finance House (KFH) participated in the sixth edition of the “Bayti” Construction Exhibition, held under the patronage and attendance of the Minister of State for Municipal Affairs and Minister of State for Housing, Eng. Abdul Latif Al-Mashari, underscoring its pioneering role in providing integrated financial solutions and services that align with customers’ needs in construction, design, and residential furnishing.
The “Bayti” Construction Exhibition is the largest specialized gathering for the construction and building sector in Kuwait, featuring more than 80 local and regional companies specializing in construction, furnishing, and residential outfitting, making it a comprehensive platform for those seeking to undertake construction and real estate development projects.
Nahal Al-Muslem, Deputy General Manager of Products at KFH, stated that the bank’s participation in the “Bayti” exhibition as a strategic partner reflects its leading position in financing construction and real estate development projects and supporting urban development in Kuwait, thereby contributing to enhancing economic development efforts and driving growth.
She added that the participation embodies the bank’s commitment to supporting and ensuring the success of specialized economic events and exhibitions, and to highlighting opportunities and challenges related to vital sectors, foremost among them the construction and building sectors, which are among the key drivers supporting the national economy.
Al-Muslem emphasized that the bank strives to offer a comprehensive range of innovative financial products that meet various customer needs, including housing finance covering property purchase, construction, and renovation, with financing amounts reaching up to 95,000 Kuwaiti dinars and a credit period extending up to 15 years.
She noted that housing finance includes several competitive advantages, most notably a grace period of up to 12 months before the first installment is due from the date of receiving the financing, which alleviates financial burdens on customers during the initial stages of construction. Additionally, customers can defer one installment annually through the “KFH Pass” service.
Al-Muslem clarified that KFH also offers exclusive promotions in collaboration with a select group of suppliers and leading companies in the local market, featuring the latest equipment and products for the construction and building sector, along with special discounts and benefits that enhance customer value, coinciding with the continuous growth witnessed by the real estate and construction sectors in Kuwait.
She affirmed that KFH continues to develop innovative financial solutions to meet diverse customer needs, including financing against financial guarantee, a product that allows individuals to obtain financing by pledging their deposit without needing to break it, while continuing to benefit from its profits throughout the financing period. Customers can also easily apply for financing through the “KFHonline” app.
Furthermore, the bank offers the gold-backed financing product, the first of its kind in Kuwait, which enables customers to obtain financing against gold bars held in their dedicated gold accounts, allowing them to benefit from the value of their gold without having to sell it. This product is among the most prominent innovative financial solutions launched by the bank to enhance customer experience and provide more flexible financing options.
The KFH pavilion at the exhibition was attended by a specialized team of bank employees, who provided consultations, answered inquiries from customers and visitors, and explained the various financial products and services offered by the bank to cover all stages of construction and residential furnishing.
The exhibition represents a vital opportunity for Bayt Al Tamwil to strengthen direct communication with clients and gain a deeper understanding of their needs, while also reinforcing collaborative ties with participating companies and suppliers. This contributes to delivering comprehensive solutions and an advanced financing experience that meets the diverse requirements of customers.
