Dr. Khalifa Al-Hilaig, Deputy Director General of the Medical, Psychological, and Social Services Sector at PAPD, stated that the launch of these services is part of the Authority’s ongoing efforts to develop its e-services and elevate the quality of services provided to beneficiaries, enabling them to complete various transactions and access services electronically with ease.
Al-Hilaig noted that the launch of these services complements the Authority’s efforts to develop e-services and simplify procedures for beneficiaries, aligning with the state’s direction toward digital transformation and delivering more efficient and user-friendly government services.
