Al-Ahli Continues to Support Health and National Competencies

Kuwait National Bank announced its sponsorship of the reception for the 26th cohort of medical students at the College of Medicine, Kuwait University, marking the start of the new academic year. This initiative reflects the bank’s corporate social responsibility, its ongoing commitment to supporting young national talent, and its steadfast dedication to empowering future generations in the healthcare sector.

The event, organized by the academic administration of the College of Medicine at Kuwait University, was held at the Radisson Blu Hotel. It honored approximately 120 students pursuing degrees in human medicine and dentistry, with the attendance of university officials, the honored students, and their families. The bank was recognized for its sponsorship of the event.

On this occasion, Saqr Al-Bin Ali, Head of Communications and External Relations, congratulated the new students, stating, “We place great importance on education and youth within our annual corporate social responsibility program. We believe that our support for Kuwait’s educational sector has a positive impact on the labor market.”

He added that the bank’s sponsorship of the reception for medical students at Kuwait University stems from its firm belief in the necessity of supporting the healthcare sector and nurturing promising national talent. He noted that newly graduated doctors will contribute to enhancing healthcare services and the future of the medical sector in Kuwait after their graduation, emphasizing the bank’s commitment to being a supportive partner in their professional journeys.
