The Public Authority for Persons with Disabilities has launched 10 new e-services through the “Sahl” application, contributing to streamlining procedures and saving time and effort for persons with disabilities and their caregivers.
Dr. Khalifa Al-Hila, Deputy Director General of the Medical, Psychological, and Social Services Sector at the Public Authority for Persons with Disabilities, stated that the launch of these services is part of the Authority’s ongoing efforts to develop its e-services and enhance the level of services provided to beneficiaries, enabling them to complete various transactions and access services electronically with ease and convenience.
Al-Hila noted that the launch of these services complements the Authority’s efforts to develop e-services and simplify procedures for beneficiaries, aligning with the state’s direction toward digital transformation and providing more efficient and accessible government services.
He emphasized that the Authority continues to work on developing and adding more e-services that meet the needs of persons with disabilities and their caregivers, facilitating their access to the Authority’s services, reducing the need for in-person visits, and improving the speed and efficiency of transaction processing.
