Al-Jahra Governor: Support for Environmental and Community-Oriented Initiatives

Al-Jahra Governor Hamad Al-Habashi emphasized the importance of supporting purposeful initiatives and involving civil society organizations and the private sector in efforts that benefit the governorate, commending the Kuwait Cleaning Companies Union for the voluntary initiatives and programs it provides, and highlighting its potential contribution to supporting environmental and community efforts.

The meeting addressed areas of cooperation between Al-Jahra Governorate and the Union, and discussed several voluntary and community initiatives related to public cleanliness and environmental improvement, as well as the possibility of implementing joint programs that contribute to enhancing community awareness and responsibility and serving the residents of the governorate.

For his part, the Chairman of the Union’s Board of Directors expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Governor for the warm reception and his support for community initiatives, reaffirming the Union’s commitment to continuing coordination with Al-Jahra Governorate and contributing to the implementation of initiatives and programs that yield positive and sustainable impacts in the governorate.
