US President: We defeated Iran.. and the Strait of Hormuz should be renamed the Strait of Trump

U.S. President Donald Trump rallied his supporters and Republican Party leaders at an election rally in Dallas, Texas, as part of early preparations for the midterm congressional elections scheduled for November.
Trump said the United States had won the war against Iran, adding, “We will hit the Axe Mountain hard if Iran engages in nuclear activities there.”
He warned that a Republican loss would put at risk what he described as “the achievements of the past two years,” asserting that the United States had experienced “the most successful presidential period in its history” over the last two years.
He added that Republicans “must win” in the upcoming midterms to preserve what has been achieved, cautioning that defeat would result in the loss of accomplishments made during the past two years.
He clarified that handing over to Democrats from the “radical left” the responsibility of determining the United States’ future would cause the country to spend the next decade trying to recover, warning that this would be a “tragedy.”
Trump also pledged to reverse the historical trend of the president’s party losing seats in congressional midterm elections.
On the issue of immigration, Trump said that “any illegal immigrant” who failed to enter the United States during the past 15 months, referring to his administration’s policies on border security and irregular migration.
Trump accused Democrats of leaving behind “the worst and most dangerous borders in American history,” citing the entry of 25 million illegal immigrants into the country.
