Ministry of Public Works Supports Urban Development
Al-Mabani participated as a strategic partner in the Housing and Urban Development Conference 2026, held yesterday at the Grand Hyatt Kuwait Hotel, in collaboration with the Public Authority for Housing Welfare and under the patronage of the Minister of State for Municipal Affairs and Minister of State for Housing Affairs, Engineer Abdul Latif Al-Mashari. The event brought together various government entities, investors, developers, and private sector leaders to discuss the future of residential cities and the associated investment opportunities. As part of its participation in the conference, Al-Mabani’s Chief Investment Officer, Sulaiman Al-Rabie, delivered a presentation outlining the Aventora and Sabah Souq projects, which are being developed in partnership with the Public Authority for Housing Welfare. He highlighted the company’s vision for developing integrated destinations that include a diverse mix of commercial, service, and recreational components to meet the needs of city residents and surrounding areas.
Al-Rabie also emphasized the importance of public-private partnerships in implementing development projects, and their role in leveraging the expertise and capabilities of the private sector in developing and operating projects, thereby contributing to enhanced economic activity, improved service provision, and the creation of integrated and sustainable urban environments.
