The Commercial Bank Supports Young National Talent

Kuwait Commercial Bank recently organized a job fair in collaboration with the Public Authority for Manpower, as part of its corporate social responsibility and its commitment to providing employment opportunities for recent Kuwaiti graduates.

The job fair was held in recognition of the bank’s belief in the importance of developing the capabilities and potential of ambitious Kuwaiti youth, and in providing them with multiple opportunities to work in the private sector in general, and in the banking sector and “Kuwait Commercial Bank” in particular.

Commenting on the bank’s organization of this job fair, Sadiq Al-Abdullah, Director of the Human Resources Sector, said: “At (Kuwait Commercial Bank), we strive to organize such events and job forums, which represent a favorable opportunity to connect with ambitious Kuwaiti youth seeking distinguished employment opportunities and to join the bank’s family.”

He added that the bank places Kuwaiti youth at the center of its attention, viewing investment in human capital as a contributor to achieving sustainable development for the country and its citizens. Accordingly, the bank works to attract, prepare, and train ambitious Kuwaiti youth to work across all sectors and departments of the bank, in line with its strategy aimed at increasing the proportion of national workforce and fostering a promising generation of new Kuwaiti bankers, under the bank’s mission to build the future together.

The human resources team received job applicants, presented available employment opportunities, and extended job offers for vacant positions within the bank. Subsequently, personal interviews were conducted with applicants, after which the Human Resources Sector would follow up to complete the procedures related to final interviews and hiring.
