Appointment of Four Ambassadors Extraordinary

The decree, published in the official gazette “Kuwait Today” on Sunday, stipulated the appointment of Jasem Ibrahim Al-Najem as Kuwait’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the appointment of Talal Sulaiman Al-Fasam as Kuwait’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the People’s Republic of China.

The decree also stipulated the appointment of Sami Ghasab Al-Zamanan as Kuwait’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the appointment of Fawaz Abdullah Al-Bursali as Kuwait’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Austria.

Additionally, a decree was issued appointing Ans Talib Maarefi, Kuwait’s Ambassador to the Republic of Kenya, as Ambassador Non-Resident to the Republic of Burundi, in addition to his existing duties.
