Al-Tatbiqi Completes Its Administrative and Supervisory Appointments

With the launch of the new academic and training year, and in a bid to enhance the readiness of the General Authority for Applied Education and Training’s (GPAET) sectors and improve their performance efficiency, Director General Dr. Hassan Al-Fajam completed the procedures for filling a number of vacant positions and supervisory roles, leveraging qualified national talents to bolster institutional work efficiency and elevate the quality of services provided to students, staff, and beneficiaries.
Dr. Al-Fajam emphasized that investing in national talents constitutes a fundamental pillar in developing the work system. He noted that filling vacancies aligns with an institutional strategy aimed at enhancing operational readiness, aligning human resources with the actual needs of the Authority’s various sectors, and placing qualified experts and experienced professionals in roles that match their specializations and capabilities.
He clarified that the Authority is keen to make optimal use of its available administrative, technical, and academic expertise, thereby enhancing productivity and raising operational efficiency levels. This approach supports the capacity of academic, training, administrative, and technical sectors to perform their duties and achieve their objectives efficiently and effectively.
He stressed that human resource development is not limited to addressing job vacancies; rather, it is part of a comprehensive institutional vision aimed at developing capabilities and talents, and creating a more efficient, stable, and sustainable work environment. This, in turn, positively impacts performance levels and the quality of educational, training, and administrative services provided to beneficiaries.
As part of efforts to fill vacancies and enhance administrative and academic efficiency, Dr. Duaa Al-Sulaiman Al-Kharif was appointed Dean of Student Affairs. Additionally, several qualified professionals were seconded to assume supervisory and leadership roles, including: Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Asimi, Director of the Financial Affairs Department; Dr. Bashair Al-Asi, Director of the Curriculum Development Center; Dr. Sultan Al-Daihani, Assistant to the Deputy Director General for Applied Education Affairs; Dr. Mohammed Al-Anzi, Assistant to the Deputy Director General for Services and Development; Dr. Tariq Al-Kandari, Assistant Dean for Activities and Student Affairs at the Dean of Student Affairs; Dr. Khaled Al-Awadi, Assistant Dean for Care and Student Services at the Dean of Student Affairs; Dr. Hanaa Al-Majed, Dean of the College of Health Sciences; Dr. Adnan Al-Anzi, Dean of the College of Technological Studies; Dr. Waleed Al-Hamad, Dean of Community Service and Continuing Education; and Dr. Salwa Jawhar, Dean of Resources, Information, and Technologies.
