The Commercial Bank Participates in the School Bags and Uniforms Exhibition
In line with its commitment to strengthening communication with various segments of society and consolidating the values of solidarity and giving, Kuwait Finance House participated in the opening of the School Bag and Uniform Exhibition, organized by Al Salam for Humanitarian and Charitable Works Association at the venue of the Islamic World Charity Organization in the Jahra area. The exhibition is dedicated to supporting students from low-income families within Kuwait by providing them with school bags, uniforms, and school supplies ahead of the start of the academic year, thereby assisting families and alleviating their financial burdens.
The participation comes as part of the “Double Your Reward with Kuwait Finance House” campaign, which aims to enhance the impact of donations made to participating charitable associations and organizations. Approved by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor, the campaign involves the bank matching the donations its customers make through accounts held by these charitable entities at the bank.
On this occasion, Amani Al-Wara’, Deputy General Manager of Corporate Communications, stated: “At Kuwait Finance House, we are committed to supporting initiatives that translate the concept of corporate social responsibility into tangible impact. We take pride in our contribution to the School Bag and Uniform Exhibition, given its direct support for students and their families at the beginning of the academic year. We also believe in the importance of collective efforts by various entities to support humanitarian initiatives that serve society and reinforce the values of giving and social solidarity.”

It is worth noting that the “Double Your Reward with Kuwait Finance House” campaign is one of the innovative charitable campaigns and initiatives launched by Kuwait Finance House. It previously won the “Pioneering Project in Social Work” award at the Gulf level, in recognition of its humanitarian impact and its role in supporting charitable work and reinforcing the culture of giving and social solidarity.
