"Teaching Methods" ... Launch of Accredited Courses at the "Music School"
The Music School at the Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Cultural Center has concluded its first accredited training course, titled “Teaching Methods,” in a move that reflects the school’s direction toward expanding its educational and training role. The initiative aims to offer specialized programs that combine academic knowledge with practical expertise, thereby developing artistic and educational competencies and opening a new pathway for specialized artistic training in Kuwait.
The “Teaching Methods” course represents the inaugural accredited training program offered by the Music School, as part of a broader plan that includes a range of precise artistic specializations in music, performing arts, movement performance, teaching methodologies, and related arts disciplines. This approach aligns with modern academic and professional standards.
These courses are delivered in collaboration with the Al-Wazan Center for Arts and Private Training Institute, which is accredited by the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training in the State of Kuwait, thereby enhancing the academic and professional dimensions of the programs offered by the school.
In this regard, Dr. Faisal Al-Obeidi, Director of the Music School at the Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Cultural Center, stated, “The launch of the first accredited courses at the Music School represents an important and honorable step for us. We are proud that these programs are held at the Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Cultural Center, as the center’s prestigious status and its cultural and artistic presence enriched the course experience and gave it a distinctive value and character befitting the high aspirations we strive to achieve.
