Egyptian Camp for "Al-Shuwaikh Airport"

The camp program includes four friendly matches, through which the technical staff aims to enhance the players’ technical and physical readiness and achieve the highest level of cohesion among squad members, especially following recent reinforcements to the team’s ranks.

The squad also includes several players who recently signed with the club: Mubarak Al-Haddad, Nasser Dashti, Abdul Razzaq Al-Lughani, Youssef Kabeed, Abdulrahman Al-Mutawa, Faisal Muhairib, as well as Abdullah Ghaloom, on loan from Al-Qadsiah Club.

The technical staff hopes the camp will provide an ideal opportunity to assess the team’s readiness and evaluate the players’ levels, particularly the new signings and foreign professionals, ahead of the start of the season, in light of the club management’s aspirations to compete strongly and achieve outstanding results.

For his part, Al-Salmiya Club’s General Secretary, Nasser Mansi, confirmed that the team’s external training camp in Cairo represents an important stage in the squad’s preparations for the new season. He noted that Al-Salmiya aims to compete fiercely for local titles and reach the podiums.

Mansi stated that the team has shown noticeable improvement in its performance recently, highlighting that the club’s management has strengthened the squad by signing several high-quality players, including professionals from Cuba and Ghana, alongside a group of experienced national players, thereby enhancing the team’s ability to deliver better performances in the upcoming season.

He added that the current camp offers an ideal opportunity for the technical staff and players to boost technical and physical readiness and improve cohesion between new and existing squad members, expressing his hope that the team will fully benefit from the training program and the four friendly matches scheduled during the camp.
