High turnout for blood donation campaign at 'Information Technology'

The Central Informatics Organization (CIO) organized a blood donation campaign at its headquarters, in collaboration with the Ministry of Health, represented by the Central Blood Bank, on Tuesday morning. The event witnessed strong participation from CIO employees, reflecting a spirit of social responsibility and reinforcing the culture of giving and mutual solidarity.

This initiative underscores the importance of participating in humanitarian efforts and supporting national endeavors aimed at maintaining an adequate blood supply for patients and those in need.

For his part, Hamad Al-Shalal, Director of Public Relations and Administrative Development, emphasized that the campaign stems from the CIO’s conviction regarding the importance of supporting humanitarian initiatives that benefit society. He noted that blood donation is a noble humanitarian act that contributes to helping patients and saving many lives.

Al-Shalal praised the fruitful cooperation with the Ministry of Health and the Central Blood Bank, as well as the high turnout at the campaign. He affirmed that employees’ positive response reflects growing public awareness of the importance of blood donation and their commitment to participating in initiatives that have a direct humanitarian impact.
