Ministry of Commerce: Decision to amend rules on subsidized building materials does not apply retroactively

The Ministry of Commerce clarified that the decision is being implemented in accordance with its provisions, noting that no decision has been issued to suspend or halt its implementation.

It added that the decision’s provisions apply to cases and procedures from August 17, 2026 onwards, while previous allowance cases remain subject to the rules and procedures in effect at the time they were finalized, with the decision having no retroactive effect on them.
