"Kitchen Steam" Leads to Emergency Landing

Sky News – A plane made an emergency landing in Paris on Saturday after steam was detected leaking from its galley, according to Eurowings.

The Boeing 737 aircraft was flying from Cologne, Germany, to the Spanish island of Majorca, carrying 131 people on board.

The airline stated that the landing at Charles de Gaulle Airport was a precautionary measure, given the priority afforded to regular flights.

A company spokesperson announced on Sunday that “the safety of passengers and crew was never at risk at any time.”
