Monaco Welcomes Marseille

The second round of the French League concludes with three matches on Sunday, featuring Rennes against Lorient, Nice hosting Paris FC, and the classic clash between Olympique Marseille and Monaco at the Louis II Stadium, the home ground of the Monegasque team.
Marseille, led by their experienced manager Bruno Genesio, started the season with a convincing 4-0 victory over Strasbourg, with the trio of Pierre-Emile Højbjerg, Amin Gouiri, and Amine Harit shining.
Monaco, under the guidance of young Brazilian manager Felipe Luis, began the season with a hard-fought away win against Le Havre, thanks to a goal from veteran English defender Eric Dier. The Monegasque side is aiming for a second consecutive victory to boost their morale before facing a tough away test in the next round, when they travel to the Parc des Princes to play Paris Saint-Germain.
Felipe Luis will face the challenge of preparing his players physically, given that the team will play the return leg against Polish side Górnik Zabrze on Thursday in the second qualifying round of the UEFA Europa Conference League. Monaco won the first leg away 3-2 and is seeking to avoid surprises at home in front of their fans.
