Al Arabi part ways with Chaloun

Al-Akhdar signed Chaloune, who came from Al-Salhiyah Club, but failed to register him in the squad due to the presence of five foreign players: Ethiopian Kenyan Markini, Senegalese Jawhar Rasoul, Nigerian Ayanu Iwala, Palestinian Zaid Qanbar, and Brazilian Leonardo Sheldon.

Chaloune, who was leading the top scorers’ table in the First Division before signing with Al-Arabi, entered negotiations with several local clubs to join them, including his former club Al-Salhiyah and Al-Yarmouk Club.
