Capital Governor: Raising security readiness and continuing to activate monitoring campaigns

The Governor of the Capital, Sheikh Abdullah Salem Al-Ali Al-Sabah, emphasized the importance of continuing work with a spirit of responsibility, vigilance, and attentiveness, and of raising the level of readiness and preparedness by intensifying field follow-up and assessing the needs of various areas. He stressed the necessity of sustaining and activating security and supervisory campaigns, and of making further efforts to coordinate and cooperate among the various security agencies and relevant government entities aimed at enhancing security.
This came during a meeting in which the Governor of the Capital received the Director General of the Capital Governorate Security Directorate, Major General Ahmed Rajab, on the occasion of the issuance of his appointment decision to the new position, wishing him success and achievement in performing his duties and responsibilities.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the Governor appreciated the field efforts undertaken by the personnel of the Ministry of Interior around the clock, which reflect the security institution’s commitment to protecting lives and property and consolidating security and safety throughout the country.
