Iron Mountain seeks to establish an electronic document preservation company

According to the announcement, the company’s term is 99 years, commencing from the date of the contract, and may be extended before its expiration by a decision of the company’s capital owner. Its objectives consist of document imaging using microfilm, electronic document preservation, data preparation and website hosting, computer-based consulting services, computer facility management, and warehousing.
