Minister of Health Discusses Areas of Cooperation and Exchange of Expertise with Lebanese Ambassador

Reaffirming the Ministry of Health’s commitment to expanding cooperation with sister and friendly nations, thereby enhancing Kuwait’s position as a leading regional hub for healthcare, Minister of Health Dr. Ahmed Al-Awadi held discussions with Lebanese Ambassador to Kuwait Ghadi Al-Khoury, assisted by Assistant Undersecretary for External Health Services Dr. Hisham Kalander, on potential areas of collaboration, particularly in medical training, exchange of expertise, support for scientific research, and development of healthcare infrastructure.

The Ministry of Health stated in a press release that the Lebanese ambassador expressed his country’s readiness to provide the latest medical technologies and services, which would contribute to the development of Kuwait’s healthcare sector.
