Public Authority for Industry Closes 21 Premises in 8 Areas

The Authority confirmed in separate decisions published in the Official Gazette that the closures included 16 plots for which rental dues had not been settled, with their use permitted until June 31, 2026, as well as five others for various reasons, including the expiration of licenses, engaging in activities not permitted for the designated use, manufacturing wooden coffins, encroachment on state property, illegal housing of workers, and violations regarding the use of setbacks.

The Authority granted a one-month deadline from the date of closure to rectify the violations or settle the outstanding debts, emphasizing that failure to comply will result in stricter measures against the violators in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
