"Saint-Germain" Hosts "Rennes"

Paris Saint-Germain will begin their title defense away from home when they face Rennes on Sunday, after the French League announced on Wednesday that the match had been moved to Roazhon Park in Rennes due to the poor condition of the pitch at the Parc des Princes, where the game was originally scheduled to be played.
The French and European champions started their season with two official away matches, winning the first against English side Aston Villa 2-1 in the UEFA Super Cup in Salzburg, Austria, and losing the second to their hosts, Lens, 0-1 in the French Super Cup.
Angers will also face Lille, while Le Havre will take on Monaco.
Algerian striker Amin Gouiri scored two goals as Marseille defeated a reduced-strategy Strasbourg 4-0 in the opening round of the league on Friday.
Gouiri opened the scoring after a pass from Englishman Angel Gomes inside the penalty area (46th minute), and added a second from a penalty kick (68th minute).
Marseille benefited from Strasbourg’s numerical disadvantage, as the visitors played with 10 men from the 59th minute after Moroccan player Samir El-Mrabet was sent off with a red card for a serious foul on Danish midfielder Pierre-Emile Højbjerg, who completed the scoring spree in the 90+6th minute, following a third goal from substitute Kylian Abdallah (89th minute).
