Kuwaiti Army Signs Memorandum of Understanding for Strategic Partnership with the U.S. National Guard

According to a statement from the General Staff, the meeting included a number of workshops for participating teams from both sides, during which joint cooperation in the fields of maintenance and training was reviewed, and a memorandum of understanding for strategic partnership with the Maryland National Guard was signed.
