Interior Ministry: Registration begins for Non-Commissioned Officer Course (Corporal Rank) for Secondary School Graduates on Sunday
The Ministry of Interior announced that the Education and Training Affairs Sector will open registration to receive applications from individuals wishing to enroll in the third cohort of the Non-Commissioned Officer Cadets Course (Ranks of Corporal) for holders of secondary school certificates at the Non-Commissioned Officer Institute affiliated with the Saad Al-Abdullah Academy for Security Sciences, during the period from Sunday, August 23, 2026, until the required number of participants for the course is filled.
The Sector also announced the opening of registration to receive applications from women wishing to enroll in the course at the Women’s Police Institute affiliated with the Saad Al-Abdullah Academy for Security Sciences during the same period.
3. The applicant must not have previously been convicted of a felony, or of a misdemeanor involving moral turpitude or breach of trust.
4. The applicant must not have previously been dismissed from government service by a final judgment or disciplinary decision.
5. The applicant must not have previously been dismissed disciplinarily from any educational institution within the Academy or from any other educational entity.
9. The applicant must pass the physical fitness tests. An applicant is considered unfit if they score less than 60% of the total marks allocated for each test, and will be excluded from continuing the tests if they fail to achieve the required percentage in any test.
11. A lottery system will be followed to determine accepted candidates (in case the number of applicants who meet the admission conditions stated in this announcement exceeds the required number for each course or specialization).
2. The applicant must hold a secondary school certificate or its equivalent, in either the scientific or literary stream.
3. The applicant’s age must not be less than 18 years and must not exceed 28 years as of August 23, 2026.
3. Rank: Graduates who successfully complete the course will be appointed to the first rank corresponding to the rank of Corporal to serve in the Police Force.
1. Applicants wishing to enroll in the course must submit their application through the unified government application (Sahel), starting at 12:00 noon on Sunday, August 23, 2026, and continuing until the required number of participants for the course is filled.
2. Applicants must submit the required documents to the Registration and Admissions Department according to the specific date to be determined via the Sahel application, after printing the application form and verifying the accuracy of the attached data.
3. All reviews will take place through Digital Gate No. 4: Registration and Admissions Department at the Saad Al-Abdullah Academy for Security Sciences. Applicants must attend wearing black trousers and a white shirt.
4. Please note that review schedules are non-negotiable. Failure to attend or adhere to the scheduled time will result in the cancellation of the registration application, unless a valid excuse is provided.
