A family trip concealed the Kuwaiti... and the detective agency's acumen revealed the Gulf national

- Investigations revealed that a Gulf national left the country with his family under a different identity and name... he is the same person registered as a Kuwaiti citizen.

- He is 57 years old, with 22 children registered under his file... and 36 dependents, and left Kuwait four months ago.

- His wife is a Gulf national of Yemeni origin, registered in Kuwaiti files as the wife of a Kuwaiti citizen.

- She left Kuwait accompanied by children holding Gulf documents for a specific country.

- The children’s first names matched exactly with those of his children registered in the Kuwaiti citizenship file.

- His so-called Kuwaiti brothers admitted he was not their brother... and DNA testing confirmed this.

- His absence from the inheritance list of his deceased Kuwaiti father further strengthened the evidence.

- A special source told "Al-Rai": "There is no perfect crime... there is always some mistake or trace."

- He did not expect that citizenship investigation officers would track every trace and possibility, linking scattered data together.

The movement of leaving the country transformed from a mere transit record into a key that led citizenship investigators to uncover the identity of a Gulf national, completely different from the person who held Kuwaiti citizenship, after investigators picked up a precise detail in his wife’s and children’s data, linking first names, dates of birth, and departure times, ultimately proving that the "Kuwaiti" whose name did not appear in the exit movement was the same Gulf husband who left the country with his family under a different identity and name.

The person in question, currently 57 years old, has 22 children registered under his file, with a total of 36 dependents, and had left Kuwait about four months ago. Meanwhile, citizenship investigators, through research and investigation, managed to identify his real name in the Gulf state holding his citizenship.

The linking key began with his wife, a Gulf national of Yemeni origin, registered in Kuwaiti files as the wife of a Kuwaiti citizen. It emerged that she left Kuwait accompanied by children holding Gulf documents for a specific country, and their first names matched exactly with the first names of his children registered in the Kuwaiti citizenship file.

Here, citizenship investigators linked, despite differences in nationality and data, the children’s first names with their dates of birth and departure times, revealing that the Gulf wife left with her children under their Gulf identities, accompanied by a husband holding a Gulf identity and a name completely different from his Kuwaiti name registered in the files.

By comparing data and tracking the exit movement, investigators concluded that the Gulf man accompanying the wife and children was the same husband registered in Kuwait as a Kuwaiti citizen, and that he left the country using his Gulf identity, which is why his Kuwaiti name did not appear in the departure movement.

A special source told "Al-Rai" that "there is no perfect crime; there is always some mistake or trace," noting that the person did not expect citizenship investigators to track every trace and possibility, linking scattered data to reach his real name and identity.

The evidence was further strengthened by the fact that his name did not appear in the inheritance list of his deceased alleged Kuwaiti father, in addition to his departure from Kuwait about four months ago. This completed the results of investigations, exit movement, Gulf identity, brothers’ confessions, DNA testing, and inheritance lists in proving the truth of the file.

Based on the findings of the investigations, the file was referred to the Public Prosecution, while the Supreme Committee for Citizenship Verification decided to revoke the Kuwaiti citizenship of the person and his 36 dependents.
