Beit Al-Mal contributes $1 million to support the Emergency Response Fund

The Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development announced that Bayt Al-Zakat has contributed $1 million to the Kuwait Emergency Response Fund, in support of efforts to address priority needs and enhance the country’s capacity to respond to emergency situations.

Bayt Al-Zakat is a public authority with an independent budget, established in 1982, with the aim of collecting, developing, and distributing zakat and charitable funds in accordance with Islamic law, thereby contributing to social solidarity and community service. Its charitable and humanitarian activities and projects extend both within Kuwait and abroad.
