248 Warnings Issued by “Salah” for Properties in “Al-Kuwait City” During July

Field inspections conducted by the safety management team at the branch of the Capital Governorate Municipality during the past month of July resulted in the issuance of 248 violation notices to properties lacking required safety systems and standards.

For his part, Engineer Salah Al-Kharinj, Director of the Safety Management Department in the Capital Governorate, clarified that the inspection team also completed 30 field reports during July, issued 73 safety permits, 35 parking permits, and 62 cleanliness certificates for construction projects and private residential properties, in addition to releasing 44 bank guarantees.

Al-Kharinj called on property owners to implement all necessary safety measures and comply with municipal regulations requiring contractors and property owners to promptly remove construction debris to avoid any legally prescribed violations. He emphasized that the safety management inspection team would not hesitate to take all legal actions against any violations.
