Kuwait National Bank announced the availability of applying for and issuing credit and prepaid cards digitally, instantly and with ease, through its “Al Ahli Mobile” app, which continues to be developed as part of the bank’s digital transformation journey to enhance the banking experience and provide advanced solutions that allow customers to manage their cards immediately without the need to visit branches.
Through this service, the bank enables customers to apply for and activate cards directly via the “Al Ahli Mobile” app, and use them for online shopping and digital payments with the highest security standards. Additionally, the service offers easy card top-ups and spending control at any time and from anywhere.
On this occasion, Khalil Al-Qattan, Head of Digital Transformation and Innovation, stated that the launch of digital credit and prepaid cards through the “Al Ahli Mobile” app aligns with the bank’s comprehensive digital development plans and its continuous commitment to innovation and providing the latest banking solutions that meet customers’ aspirations and keep pace with their fast-paced lifestyles.
