Al-Qubaidi: Cooperation between the Handball Federation and clubs

Meshal Al-Qabandi, a member of the training committee at the Kuwait Handball Federation, confirmed that the coordination meeting with sports directors at clubs featured a fruitful discussion on the key positives and negatives of the past season, alongside the presentation of several proposals aimed at developing handball competitions and enhancing the quality of operations during the upcoming sports season.

Al-Qabandi stated that the Federation is keen to listen to the views and proposals of clubs, considering them essential partners in the development of the sport. He noted that the meeting addressed several observations related to organizational and technical aspects, paving the way for their review by the Federation’s various committees.

He added that the meeting reached an agreement to strengthen communication and cooperation between the technical staffs at clubs and the Federation, and to unify efforts to contribute to elevating the level of the game. This was accompanied by plans to hold regular meetings with team managers to follow up on developments and discuss necessary steps to improve performance.

Al-Qabandi pointed out that the coming phase will witness increased coordination and joint work between the Federation and clubs, emphasizing that the goal is to develop Kuwaiti handball and elevate the standard of competitions and national teams.
