Kuwait condemns Israeli occupation airstrikes on Abu al-Duhur military airport in Syria

The international community and the UN Security Council must halt the repeated attacks by the occupation on Syrian territory and respect international law.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the State of Kuwait’s condemnation and denunciation of the Israeli occupation’s airstrikes that targeted Abu al-Duhur Airbase in Idlib Governorate of the Syrian Arab Republic, a fraternal state, in violation of its sovereignty and territorial integrity, and as an escalation that threatens to undermine regional security and stability.

In a statement issued today, Tuesday, the Ministry called on the international community and the UN Security Council to fulfill their responsibilities to halt the repeated attacks by the Israeli occupation on Syrian territory and to ensure respect for the rules of international law and the UN Charter.
