Training workshop for Municipality staff on government planning and "Vision 2035"

The Kuwait Municipality organized a training workshop titled “Methodology for Preparing Government Plans and Aligning Them with Kuwait Vision 2035” on Sunday at the Warah Hall in the Minister Building. The session was presented by specialists from the General Secretariat of the Supreme Council for Planning and Development: Aisha Al-Ajmi, Maisa Al-Jassim, and Saud Al-Rashidi, as part of the Municipality’s efforts to support and develop the administrative and technical capacities of its staff.
In a statement, the Municipality noted that the workshop, held within its training programs aimed at enhancing employees’ skills and strengthening institutional performance efficiency, covered several topics related to the concept of government planning and its importance in developing institutional work. It also introduced modern methodologies and approaches for preparing plans, along with mechanisms for linking them to the strategic objectives and directions of Kuwait Vision 2035.
The workshop also highlighted the importance of aligning plans, programs, and projects with the state’s developmental priorities, thereby contributing to the coordination of efforts and achieving integration among various work sectors, improving performance efficiency, and enhancing the quality of outputs.
The workshop was organized as part of the Municipality’s Administrative Development and Training Department’s plan to improve the work system and achieve strategic objectives in alignment with the targets of Kuwait Vision 2035.
